The base bra runs in standard band-and-cup sizes from 32B to 36C. If you're between sizes, size down in the band and up in the cup for the closest fit. Straps are one-size — they're fully adjustable and clip onto every base bra, so there's no separate strap sizing to worry about.

Every base bra has four gold-tone rings sewn in — two at the top of the cups and two at the back band. Every strap ends in a 12mm lobster clasp. You open the clasp, hook it through the ring, and let go. Four clips and you're done, in about ten seconds once it's muscle memory.

Yes — that's the whole point. Every clasp and every ring is the same standardized size across the entire Bijou line, so any strap fits any base bra. A strap you buy from a future collection will clip onto the base bra you own today.

The base bra is a soft molded cup designed to disappear under everything you wear — it's meant to be the one you forget you have on. The straps are padded where they sit on your shoulders and adjust like normal bra straps, so the decorative look doesn't cost you comfort.

Hand wash the base bra in cold water and lay it flat to dry — skip the dryer to protect the molded cups and elastic. Unclip the straps before washing. Wipe metal and pearl straps with a soft dry cloth; don't submerge chain or pearl straps, as water can dull the finish over time. Exact fiber content and care are printed on each product page.

Our umbrella line is "Designed and assembled in the USA." Specifically: Lace straps are Made in USA; Gold Chain, Pearl, and Daisy Chain straps are Assembled in USA from US and imported components; and the base bra is imported. We use the FTC's actual definitions and list the specific claim on every product page.

We offer 30-day returns on unworn items in their original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, the base bra must be unworn and unwashed. Start a return from your account's order history or by emailing our support team, and we'll send a prepaid label.

Yes. On any sold-out product, enter your email in the "Notify me" box and we'll send a one-time back-in-stock alert the moment that item is restocked. We won't add you to anything else unless you ask.
