We ship across the United States for a flat $5— and it's free when your order totals more than $75. Most orders leave our studio within 1–2 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your package is on its way. You can also follow along from your order history.

Returns & exchanges

Changed your mind? You have 30 daysfrom delivery to return unworn items in their original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, the base bra must be unworn and unwashed — straps, being decorative clip-ons, are easy to return as long as they're in original condition.

Want a different color or style instead? Start a return and place a new order, or email us and we'll help you exchange.

How to start a return

1. Go to your order history and find the order, or email hello@bijoucollective.com with your order number.
2. Tell us which items you'd like to return and why.
3. We'll email you a prepaid return label.
4. Drop the package off, and we'll refund your original payment method once it arrives — usually within a few business days of us receiving it.

Damaged or wrong item?

If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
